About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for a Residential Reentry Center (RRC) solicitation located within the city limits of Raleigh, North Carolina, with a Home Confinement radius of 200 miles from the facility.

The document addresses two questions regarding minimum bed requirements. The solicitation mandates that contractors provide a total of 44 in-house beds: 34 for male offenders and 10 for female offenders. Prospective bidders cannot bid on this contract if they have fewer than the required 44 total beds. The second question regarding access to a bed meeting about the solicitation references the same bed requirement but does not provide additional clarification on meeting procedures. No response dates, award dates, pricing terms, set-asides, or other contract-specific terms are included in this excerpt.
