Required contract details include project name and location, description of services, contract number, contract type, work complexity level, customer contact information, contract value, status, award and completion dates, subcontracting information, and contracting officer's representative contact details. Additionally, organizations must provide extensive organizational information addressing incorporation details and principal officer names; licensing and registration in applicable jurisdictions; experience categories; claims and litigation history; details of any failed contracts, pending lawsuits, or bankruptcy filings; relevant Federal contracts performed in the past five years; trade and bank references; and proof of financial capability through audited, reviewed, or certified financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. All submissions must be certified as true, accurate, complete, and not misleading, with acknowledgment that false statements may result in criminal and civil penalties under 18 U.S.C. § 1001.
