Questions and Responses #2 - August 16, 2023 – Elevator Maintenance

1. Pg. 2 of the document “Cover Letter.pdf” references a “Completed Technical Quotation Information packet” among the attachments to be submitted. Could you please clarify the contents of this packet? Is this packet provided with the solicitation package?

The Completed Technical Quotation information is the technical specification addressing all requirements in the statement of work (SOW) and Evaluation Criteria. Offeror’s technical proposal should be prepared simply and economically, providing a straightforward technical proposal of what the offeror will do to satisfy the requirements of the RFQ. Offer shall not include pricing in the technical proposals.

2. Are you stating that Maintenance will be completed outside of the normal working hours or call backs?

Maintenance can be performed during normal business hours, “defined as 6 AM to 6 PM” so long as it does not interfere with normal business operations. Maintenance that causes obstruction, requires more than 1 car to be offline or causes excessive noise such as testing alarms must be performed during non-business hours from 6 PM to 6 AM.
