1. Existing Unit and Curb Measurements: * Distance from Roof Edge: Measure and document the exact distance from all roof edges to the existing HVAC unit's curb. Note any obstructions (parapet walls, equipment, level changes) in the vicinity. * Curb Dimensions: Record the length, width, and height of the existing curb. Please provide detailed photographs from multiple angles. * Unit Dimensions: Measure the existing unit's length, width, and height. Document the location of all utility connections (electrical, gas, etc.).

See SOW Schedule of Delivery Performance.

2. Crane Accessibility and Location: * Distance from Building:

Identify potential crane locations on the ground and measure the horizontal distance to the building's edge. Document any obstacles between the crane location and the rooftop (trees, power lines, etc.). * Vertical Reach: Measure the building's height from the ground to the rooftop. Calculate the required lift height to place the new unit onto the curb. * Ground Conditions: Assess the ground conditions at potential crane locations (level, stable, etc.). Note the presence of any underground utilities. * Access Routes: Evaluate access routes for the crane (narrow roads, low bridges, etc.).

See SOW Description of Building 5845.

3. York Curb Box Compatibility: * York Specifications: Provide the detailed specifications for the proposed York HVAC unit, including required curb dimensions. * Curb Compatibility: Verify the compatibility of the new York curb box with the existing roof opening and structure. * Curb Adaptability: Determine if curb adapters will be necessary. Important Considerations: * Safety is paramount. All work must be performed by qualified professionals. * Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations. * A professional on-site assessment by an HVAC contractor and crane operator is highly recommended.
