About this file
This document is a Scope of Work (SOW) for the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) Rogue District Office, seeking a prefabricated portable modular office space. The project involves delivering, installing, and configuring a minimum 300 sq. foot modular building with a central meeting area and two private offices, similar to Mobile Modular's 10x44 WMS model. The contract term is 12 months, with delivery scheduled between May 30th and June 6th, 2025, and includes installation of steps/stairs, interior walls, and connection to an existing HVAC system. The contractor will be responsible for complete setup, potential modifications, and full removal of the unit at contract expiration.
Payment will be structured as monthly rent, invoiced and paid after receipt and review by ODFW. The contract includes flexibility for potential renewal terms, though additional terms are not guaranteed. The scope requires the contractor to provide all necessary equipment, accessories, and ensure smooth installation and removal processes. ODFW will provide site access, conduct initial inspections, and provide feedback on the installation. The project aims to address the district office's need for additional workspace to accommodate permanent and seasonal staff, with a focus on a temporary, adaptable office solution.
