About this file
This is a Scope of Work document from the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) for a prefabricated portable modular office space for the Rogue District Office in Central Point, OR. The contract seeks a vendor to deliver, install, and configure a minimum 300 sq. foot modular office between June 11-17, 2025, with a 12-month contract term and potential for renewal. The modular office must be divided into a central meeting area and two private offices, approximately 10 feet wide and 40-45 feet long, and include steps/stairs for safe access. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the unit, assembling and configuring the space, installing an existing HVAC system, and removing the office at the contract's end.
The payment methodology involves monthly rent paid by ODFW after invoice receipt, with the contractor expected to complete all installation and setup on the negotiated delivery date. ODFW will conduct a review of the deliverables, testing the HVAC system and providing feedback on any necessary modifications, though this review is not considered an official safety inspection. The contract includes provisions for flexibility in delivery dates, installation of tiedowns, and potential adjustments to the office configuration to meet the agency's needs.
