The County may order additional quantities of up to 20% of the originally specified quantities at any time within one year of award at the same prices and terms. Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) procurement preferences for Small Business Enterprises and County Business Enterprises apply, with location-based preference and local-business status serving as the first tiebreaker under Broward County Code Section 1-74. All permits, fees, and licenses are the vendor's responsibility and must be included in the bid price. Responses must be submitted electronically through BPRO by the closing date and time, with the County declining to consider responses received by other means. No funding requirements, price adjustments, escalation clauses, prevailing wage rates, or liquidated damages provisions apply to this solicitation.
