About this file

This document is a Minimum Insurance Requirements form for the ITT Goulds Brand Pumps, Parts and Repair Services project, issued by the Broward County Transportation Department. The document outlines specific insurance coverage requirements for a contractor performing pump-related services, detailing the types and minimum liability limits for various insurance categories including General Liability, Auto Liability, Excess Liability/Umbrella, Worker's Compensation, and Employer's Liability.

The insurance requirements specify minimum liability limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate for General Liability, with $500,000 for Auto Liability. The document mandates that Broward County is to be an additional insured, with the contractor's insurance providing primary coverage. A waiver of subrogation applies in favor of Broward County, and for Claims-Made policies, insurance must be maintained and evidence provided for at least three years after contract completion. The maximum deductible is set at $10,000 for Completed Value, with the contractor responsible for this deductible.
