About this file

This is a Price Schedule for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) riprap supply contract under solicitation 140R4026Q0098 issued by the Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation for the Middle Rio Grande project. The contract requires delivery of approximately 9,680 tons of riprap materials across three distinct stockpile sites with varying specifications and quantities: 3,300 tons of 12-inch nominal diameter riprap at the Bernalillo stockpile site in Sandoval County (subject to 6.1250% New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax), 5,500 tons of 16-24 inch diameter riprap at the HWY 380 stockpile in Socorro County (subject to 6.2500% tax), and 880 tons of 16-24 inch diameter riprap at the RM 201.8 site in Sandia Pueblo (subject to 6.4375% tax). Offerors must provide pricing for all line items without exception, as the contract will not be awarded on only part of the Price Schedule.

The pricing structure includes unit prices for riprap material, mobilization, hauling, and dust abatement services at each site, with all costs required to be inclusive of labor, incidental materials, tools, equipment, and applicable taxes and fees. Delivery to the Bernalillo and HWY 380 stockpiles will commence upon contract award, while delivery to the RM 201.8 site is contingent upon Contracting Officer's Representative approval from Sandia Pueblo; if approval is not granted before contract expiration, the designated riprap may be diverted to the Bernalillo stockpile. Offerors are instructed to submit their most competitive pricing as their best and final offer.

Note: There is only one CLIN for this requirement; however, there are multiple sublines needing price breakout. The prices shall include all labor, incidental materials, tools, equipment, and applicable taxes and fees required to furnish, haul, and stockpile riprap at each of the three delivery sites, and to provide dust abatement at all sites when delivering riprap. Riprap size and quantity vary by site as follows: 3,300 tons of 12-inch nominal diameter riprap at the Bernalillo stockpile; 5,500 tons of 16-24 inch diameter riprap at the HWY 380 stockpile; and 880 tons of 16-24 inch diameter riprap at the RM 201.8 site, for a total of 9,680 tons. Delivery to the Bernalillo and HWY 380 stockpiles will commence upon contract award. Delivery to the RM 201.8 site is contingent upon Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) approval; if such approval is not granted by the Sandia Pueblo prior to contract expiration, the riprap designated for RM 201.8 may instead be delivered to the Bernalillo stockpile site.
