The work includes installation of fiberoptic cable to the server room, switch and associated equipment installation, travel, and supplies, with an anticipated 60-day completion timeline following award. The base contract period runs from May 8, 2026 through May 7, 2027, with two optional one-year renewal periods. Monthly recurring service will provide 1G/1G internet speeds, and contractors may propose alternative equipment lease options.

This is a Small Business Set-Aside with a NAICS code 517111 and 1,500-employee size standard, requiring only qualified small business contractors to submit quotes. Written quotes on company letterhead must be submitted by April 22, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST to savanna_manning@ios.doi.gov. Award evaluation will consider technical approach, technical expertise, demonstrated experience, past performance, and price as comparative factors of equal weight. Contractors must complete a detailed technical narrative (no more than 10 pages), provide three relevant past projects from the last five years with customer references, and submit a completed price schedule. Wage Determination 2015-5455 (Revision 29) applies to this procurement. The Government reserves the right to reject unbalanced pricing and will award a firm fixed-price purchase order to the responsible contractor offering the best value.
