140R3020Q0112 Water Conservation Guidebooks Update Questions
Question # Offeror Questions BOR Response
Will the selected contractor be asked to refine old “templates” or even develop new ones?
How many?
Yes, we are asking the contractor update the templates. There are two: one for municipal & industry plans and one for agriculture plans. We are open to hearing if the contractor thinks that there should be more than two. We are trying to improve what we already have.
Would the Bureau be interested in incorporating “case studies” for water conservation planning?
No
To what extent has the Bureau already catalogued feedback from customers related to
“shortfalls concerning current administrative requirements or conservation technology improvements?”
We have not formally requested feedback, nor have we catalogued random feedback.
This is why we are asking the contractor to have several stakeholder meetings to provide feedback and let BOR know what needs to be revised.
