About this file

This document is an Offeror Responsibility Information template and attachment for federal contract solicitation 140R2026R0010 (also referenced as 140R2026R0006) issued by the Department of Interior.

The document establishes that contracts will only be awarded to contractors determined to be responsible under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 9 standards. Offerors must complete the attached schedules to provide information on existing commitments, equipment, and personnel as part of the government's responsibility determination process. The template requires offerors to document all ongoing contracts (for both the prime contractor and major subcontractors), including contract number and amount, description and location, client name, performance period, and percentage subcontracted. For equipment and personnel, offerors must identify labor categories with the number of employees needed versus available to perform the work, and similarly document equipment needed versus available. If shortages exist in either personnel or equipment availability, offerors must explain how these gaps will be addressed. All submitted documents are to be treated by the government as confidential. This is a template document without specific service requirements, pricing terms, or performance deadlines.
