Summary: NCAO Fire Extinguisher & CO2 Cylinder Maintenance Services RFQ

This document is a pricing template for Request for Quote (RFQ) 140R2026Q0057 issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NCAO) for fire extinguisher and CO2 cylinder maintenance services. The solicitation contains two separate quote pricing schedules with distinct service offerings over a five-year period from fiscal year 2026-2027 through 2030-2031.

Quote Pricing Schedule #1 covers CO2 cylinder services, requiring unit pricing for on-call services (20 cylinders) and semi-annual weight inspections (434 each) across a base year and four option years. Quote Pricing Schedule #2 addresses portable fire extinguisher maintenance, including annual inspections (250 units), maintenance with internal inspection (45 units), hydro testing (50 units), and on-call services (5 units) for the same five-year contract period. All unit prices must be firm-fixed throughout the contract duration. Quoters must submit completed pricing schedules for both schedules to be considered for award, along with technical capability documentation demonstrating their qualifications. Quote submissions require current and accurate SAM registration updated within the past 12 months. Quoters have 60 days from the quote due date to maintain quote validity. The document specifies that if FAR 52.217-8 is exercised for optional service extensions, pricing will be calculated based on prorated terms and prices in effect at the time the option is exercised.
