Response: The complete set of drawings for the building are provided so that Offerors have all pre-existing conditions available for the formulation of proposals and the work to be performed.
6b. Question: Can you confirm what drawings are directly related the proposal request and what drawings are strictly for reference?
Response: Drawings 1920-D-60001 through 1920-D-60015 are directly related to the proposal.
All remaining drawings are for reference.
7. Question: Will there be a modification to explain exactly what is wanted for the proposal to ensure we do not bid too much or too little?
Response: No. See Provisions L.16. Proposal Instructions and M.1. Evaluation Factors for Award. The offeror is responsible for determining their pricing based upon the requirements in the specifications and drawings.
8. Question: Will there be a modification coming out with precise details to explain the proposal vs specs and plans?
