Subject: Rehabilitate Clover Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, Dump Stations & Vault Toilets

Solicitation Number 140P8620R0010 Additional Questions & Answers

Q1 – Will there be a staging area at the Giant Forest Kaweah Parking Lot (Vault Toilet location)?

A1 – Within the time constraints detailed in the contract (before Memorial Day or after Labor Day), the five parking stalls noted with Keynote 3 on sheet C4 can be used for staging.

Q2 – Is there bedrock expected at the vault toilet location?

A2 – There is potential for bedrock at the site however none is apparent.

Q3 – Is the upper path to the vault toilets ADA?

A3 – No. Each vault toilet requires a concrete ADA/ABA pathway from the lower parking stalls. The “Stalok” stabilized decomposed granite pathways from the northern drive area do not need to be ADA/ABA accessible.
