About this file

This is a forms document for submission with a proposal to the National Park Service for a propane supply contract at Mount Rainier National Park. The document outlines the required federal contracting forms that vendors must complete and return as part of their quotation response. These forms are standard documentation required for federal contract awards and establish the offeror's eligibility, compliance status, and business information necessary for contract administration and payment processing.

The forms package supports the RFQ 140P8326Q0035, a 100% small business set-aside contract for propane, tank rental, and remote monitoring services at Mount Rainier National Park. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed-price contract with a one-year base period plus four optional one-year renewals (five years total). Vendors must submit completed forms along with their technical and pricing proposals to be considered for award, which will be made to the offeror providing best value to the Government under FAR Part 13 procedures. The NAICS code 324110 (Compressed and Liquified Gases) applies, with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees averaged over the past three years.
