QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS #1
140P8125Q0058
Q: What licensing is required for this project (e.g., Nevada C-2 electrical and/or local business license)? Will you accept a quote from a firm licensed in another state under this federal procurement, or must the prime hold Nevada licensure to be considered?
A: Nevada C-2 license (installation of solar panel systems) is preferred but because Nevada has reciprocity agreements, we will accept applicable electrical licenses from California, Arizona, and Utah or any state with applicable electrical license specifically in installation of photovoltaic systems.
