FREQUENCY OF COLLECTION: Weekly (1x or 2x per week dependent upon site/month).

CONTRACT DURATION: Five years (inclusive of four one-year options, if exercised).

Period of Performance: 04/01/2024 to 12/31/2024

INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE: The Government reserves the right to inspect any supplies or services tendered for acceptance. The Government may require repair or replacement of nonconforming supplies or reperformance of nonconforming services at no increase in contract price.

CONTRACT QUALITY ASSURANCE: The Government will rely on the contractor quality assurance. The contractor must carry out its obligations under the contract by-

(1) Controlling the quality of services;

(2) Tendering to the Government for acceptance only those services that conform to contract requirements; and

(3) Maintaining substantiating evidence that the services conform to contract requirements, and furnishing such information to the Government upon request.

PROCEDURES FOR SOLICITATION, EVALUATION AND AWARD.

(1) Contracting officers shall use the policies prescribed in PART 12 - ACQUISITION OF COMMERCIAL

PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES and in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in

PART 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contracting officer shall evaluate quotations or offers-

(i) In an impartial manner; and

(ii) Inclusive of transportation charges.

(2) Quotations or offers will be evaluated IAW

FAR provision 52.212-2 (RFQ Section 4) and IAW

FAR 13.106-2 (b)(3) the Contracting Officer may conduct comparative evaluations of offers if using price and other factors.

(3) All quotations or offers shall be considered and evaluated in an efficient and minimally burdensome fashion.

(4) Formal evaluation plans and establishing a competitive range, conducting discussions, and scoring quotations or offers are not required.
