About this file
This is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document from the third round of contractor inquiries for a federal contract opportunity related to irrigation system maintenance and repairs at Independence National Historical Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Solicitation Number 140P4226Q0024). The document does not address specific products, services, pricing terms, response dates, or other substantive contract requirements.
The Q&A contains a single contractor inquiry requesting government-provided information regarding 14 irrigation systems at the park, including the approximate number of irrigation zones per system, quantity of controllers/timers, sprinkler head counts, irrigation maps, as-built drawings, system layouts, and acreage or irrigated square footage data. The government's response indicates that limited documentation is available, acknowledges that as-built drawings exist but contain inaccuracies, and directs contractors to utilize alternative resources such as Google Maps to obtain square footage information. Attached drawings were referenced but not included in this document excerpt. The solicitation is being managed by the Department of the Interior National Park Service Northeast Region.

140P4226Q0024 INDE Irrigation Maintenance Contractor Q & A III
1. Would the Government be able to provide any of the following information:
· Approximate number of irrigation zones for each of the 14 irrigation systems
· Number of irrigation controllers/timers
· Approximate number of sprinkler heads per system or overall
· Any available irrigation maps, as-built drawings, or system layouts
· Approximate acreage or irrigated square footage covered by each system
Answer: These are the drawings that I was supplied with. The contractor can possibly look through google maps to acquire the square footage. I can confirm that majority of the as-builts are close but not accurate.
