mailto:eric_hubbell@nps.gov
Price: Quotes shall be ordered from lowest to highest, by “Total Evaluated Price.” The Total Evaluated Price will be evaluated by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Additionally, quoted hourly rates for emergency and non-emergency services will be evaluated for price reasonableness against other offers received. Offers may be found unacceptable upon failing price realism evaluation, or if the hourly rates quoted for emergency services are found to be significantly disproportionate to non-emergency hourly rates. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). Prices must be determined “Fair and Reasonable” in order to be considered for award.
Key Personnel: Provide certifications, resumes, and other relevant documentation necessary to demonstrate minimum qualifications listed below:
• The contractor and proposed sub-contractors must be licensed in the state of Maryland.
• Lead technicians performing fire protection system inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) must be certified NICET level II or greater for the type of system to be worked on under this contract, or certified by the manufacturer for the make and model of system to be worked on under this contract.
