About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for the MANA Fence Line Mowing & Trimming federal contract opportunity (Solicitation No. 140P3025Q0023). The Q&A addresses six key questions from potential contractors regarding the solicitation, including location maps, work execution details, payment processing, inspection procedures, and service timing. Key highlights include the addition of Attachment 4 with location maps, confirmation that mowing locations are specified in Sections A and B of the Performance Work Statement, and adherence to the Prompt Payment Act with a 30-day payment timeline.

A site visit is scheduled for June 6, 2025, at 9:00am EDT, with park grounds open daily from dawn to dusk. The solicitation involves fence line mowing and trimming services for Manassas National Battlefield, with updates made to the Performance Work Statement and Price Schedule to accommodate the later start date in the base year of 2025. Subsequent contract years will follow the original PWS guidelines.
