The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Provide the presentation material from the virtual site visit held August 25, 2020.
2. Confirm this is a service requirement and the applicable service act wage determination is as solicited: Wage Determination No.: 2015-4281, Revision No.: 16, Date of Last Revision:
04/23/2020.
3. The Program Office, with concurrence from NCA Contracting Office, will provide a one time, one day only On-site visit. Location, date, and guidance is as follows:
SITE VISIT LOCATION:
Lockkeeper’s House Corner of Constitution Ave. and 17th Street, NW Washington, DC 20006 (within Constitution Gardens)
Pay parking available along Virginia Ave, C Street, 20th Street, and at the Tidal Basin Parking Area. Parking may be limited.
Closest identified Metro Stop: Federal Triangle Station (approximately a 15-minute walk to location)

Monday, August 31, 2020 at 10:00AM ET.
SITE VISIT GUIDANCE:
RSVP is REQUIRED and must be emailed to anale_young@nps.gov NLT 12:00PM ET, Thursday, August 27, 2020. SUBJECT LINE MUST read: 140P3020Q0017- Onsite RSVP LOHO Exhibit.
a. If you do not RSVP you shall not be provided entry to the site visit.
ADHERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED:
a. Interested Party is only allowed to send two (2) of it's staff to the location.
b. Interested Party MUST arrive with face mask. NPS will not provide the item to the any attendees. It is the responsibility of the Interested Party to arrive prepared with these items.
Should a Interested Party arrive without required item, you will be asked to depart the site visit for the safety of the other attendees and the COR.
c. Must wear a mask at all times. Mask must cover the mouth and nose.
d. Must adhere to social distancing of 6 feet between individuals.
e. Must be escorted at all times during the site visit by the COR Glen Klaus.
This site is located in the District of Columbia. Please visit https://coronavirus.dc.gov/phasetwo to ensure you are as adhering to any of the DC.gov guidelines that are implemented in addition to those required and stated within this RFP.
**Note: should questions arise, those questions are still required to be submitted by the “Questions” deadline identified within this RFP. NO QUESTIONS will be taken after the deadline. No questions answered at the site visit shall change the RFP requirement unless done so in writing by the warranted contracting officer as an amendment to the solicitation and revised scope.
4. Extend the Question cut-off deadline to 2:00pm ET, Wednesday, September 2, 2020. It is the intent of NPS to respond to questions as an amendment to the solicitation by 11:59pm ET, Friday, September 4, 2020.
5. Extend closing of solicitation to 4:00pm ET, Thursday, September 10, 2020.
