It will also replace three housing structures including a two-bedroom home, three-bedroom home, and four-plex facility. The deadline for questions is July 12, 2021 and completed proposals are due by July 19, 2021. Award is estimated for September 2021. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price agreement lasting approximately 730 calendar days. Liquidated damages of $1,482 per day will be assessed for delays.
