About this file
This file is a Questions and Answers document containing responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) submitted by potential contractors regarding the GWMP - ARHO Bunker HVAC solicitation (140P1326Q0033) issued by the Department of the Interior National Park Service Intermountain Region.
The document addresses clarifications and technical inquiries related to HVAC requirements for the ARHO Bunker facility at George Washington Memorial Parkway. Key topics addressed include specifications for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; equipment compatibility and performance standards; installation requirements; maintenance and operational procedures; and compliance with federal standards and environmental regulations. The RFI responses provide detailed technical guidance to assist potential offerors in preparing accurate proposals and understanding the government's expectations for system design, equipment selection, and performance delivery. This Q&A document serves as an amendment to the solicitation and clarifies ambiguities in the original requirements, enabling contractors to submit compliant and responsive bids for the HVAC work at the bunker facility.
