This file is a Questions and Answers document for Solicitation 140L4026Q0005, a federal contracting opportunity that does not contain specific response dates, award dates, or pricing information.

The solicitation pertains to cleaning and janitorial services for an Administrative Building and warehouse facility. Services are organized by frequency (daily, weekly, quarterly, and semi-annually) as detailed in Section 10 of the Statement of Work. Daily tasks in the Administrative Building include disinfecting surfaces between 8am and 8pm, while warehouse disinfection occurs twice weekly during the same hours. Weekly tasks such as vacuuming and spot cleaning occur once per week in the Administrative Building between 5pm and 8pm, with no vacuuming required in the warehouse. All services must occur Monday through Friday unless otherwise specified. The government will supply all routine cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment including vacuum cleaners and carts. The contractor is responsible only for providing equipment necessary for carpet shampooing and floor buffing as described in Sections 4.1 and 5 of the SOW. Building access requires contractor personnel to obtain a PIV card per HSPD-12 standards. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses.
