About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for the NIFC 300 JWH Standby and Emergency Power project. Key details include a performance period from 04/01/2025 to 12/15/2025, with contractors required to limit electrical system service interruptions to 8 hours or less per occurrence, with a potential single 24-hour shutdown permitted during a weekend. Contractors must provide advance notice and schedule electrical service shutdowns at least 4 business days prior to the planned interruption, while maintaining the building and ensuring freeze protection during any service interruptions.
