About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for the McMaster Ranch Long Barn Stabilization project (Solicitation No. 140L3625Q0049). The amendment, issued by the BLM MT-State Office, modifies the original solicitation to provide additional information, including site visit attendance records from August 7 and a list of questions and answers from interested offerors. The period of performance is set for 09/01/2025 to 12/31/2025.
The site visit record shows four attendees from local companies, including representatives from Big Sky County Health and RR Taylor Construction. The document includes a Q&A section addressing technical aspects of the project, such as structural engineering review, performance period extension, historical preservation certification, site power availability, and camping restrictions. The government strongly encourages potential offerors to inspect the site to understand work requirements and local conditions that may impact performance costs.
