About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document (#2) for solicitation 140L0625Q0008 issued by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) National Operations Center regarding the Muddy Creek Fence project in Wyoming.

The document addresses two technical clarifications: 1) The government will accept AWPA U standard for treatment of wood products, replacing the previously specified AWPA C1 standard, and 2) Confirmation that driving wood line posts is permitted, extending beyond the original Statement of Work which only addressed driving and setting posts for corners, end and stress panels. The project involves converting 3.63 miles of existing barbed wire fence to wildlife-friendly fencing in Sublette County, Wyoming.
