About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers document for Request for Quotations (RFQ) 140G0125Q0094, providing clarity on specific logistical details for a furniture delivery and installation project. The Q&A addresses four key points: (1) site visit attendance is not mandatory, (2) there is no loading dock but a forklift will be available for truck unloading, (3) a storage area exists for furniture with a four-business-day notice requirement for installation preparation, and (4) the installation room is on the ground floor with no stairs required for building entry. These details supplement the previously identified federal contract opportunity for delivering and installing eight office cubicles at the U.S. Geological Survey Wetland and Aquatic Research Center in Gainesville, Florida.
