About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the U.S. Geological Survey Wetland and Aquatic Research Center's (WARC) requirement for eight modular office cubicles. Each 7' x 7' cubicle must be installed in a 28'4" x 19'4" room and include specific features: a 36" sliding glass door, two overhead locking storage units with LED lights, one 3-drawer file unit, one 2-drawer file unit, two integrated duplex receptacles, data jack faceplates, and hidden data and power raceways. The cubicle walls shall be fabric panels between 80" and 85" high, with color to be determined.

The cubicles will be delivered and installed at the USGS Wetland and Aquatic Research Center in Gainesville, Florida. The contractor must comply with multiple industry and safety standards, including Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards, National Electrical Code, NFPA Fire Codes, OSHA regulations, and various building and energy conservation codes. The SOW emphasizes that if the contractor anticipates any difficulties meeting performance requirements or delivery schedules, they must immediately notify the Contracting Officer and Technical Liaison in writing.
