140G0124Q0236 Amendment 4 Q&A
Question# 1: It was advised by NJDEP that this well closure would need to be supervised by a master well driller, journeyman well driller, or journeyman B driller licenses in the state of NJ. If it was decided to hire a licensed driller to supervise our work, is there any requirement beyond the subcontractor obtaining a UEI (without full SAM registration)?
Answer: Subcontractors are not required to obtain UEI. Additional inquiries regarding subcontracting must be specific as to what is being asked.
