About this file

This document contains questions and answers related to a solicitation to provide audio visual equipment for a Denver learning center for the U.S. Geological Survey. The solicitation requires installation and configuration of 16 monitors across 6 event rooms and 4 breakout rooms, with AV systems that can share content between the 3 main classrooms. Specifications are provided for customer-furnished equipment including monitors and a projector. Additional requirements include cabling and installation of monitors in a meeting room and hallway, as well as an equipment rack or lectern. Pricing should be provided separately for maintenance agreements for each of the first four years. The period of performance is 90 days from award, though vendors can propose alternate timeframes given current supply chain issues.
