Clarificaons Amendment 0007

Clarificaons in Blue

1. First glancing at the plans for this project there is reference to demolition. The only demolition sheet that I can find is the Civil page C101 that does not show hardly any detail at all. Are we expected to be responsible for any existing demolition as the mechanical/plumbing contractor? Or will this be handled by a demolition crew provided by the GC? If we are intended to be responsible for any demolition, we request that an addendum is issued to outline the scope of work for each trade on this.

1. All demolition means and methods shall be conducted by the GC.

2. Can pre-approval be provided for an alternate products?

1. Alternative products will not be pre-approved during the solicitation process.

3. Does the Superintendent, SSHO, and QC Manager need to be 3 separate Individuals?
