About this file
This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Information Technology equipment from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises on a 100% set-aside basis. The Bureau of Indian Affairs seeks to acquire computer, monitor, printer, and related equipment and accessories from approved manufacturers such as Dell and HP. The multiple-award IDIQ contracts would have a one year base period and four one-year options, with individual delivery orders specifying products, quantities, delivery locations and payment terms. The total contract value across all awards is not to exceed $60 million over the five-year ordering period.
