The purpose of the Amendment is to address questions received from potential contractors for the Electronic Security System Upgrade at the Bureau of Indian Affairs Rocky Mountain

Region's Fort Washakie Adult Detention Center in Fort Washakie, Wyoming. The questions and answers are provided below. All potential contractors must return one copy of the signed amendment along with the solicitation and proposal.

1. QUESTION: Are there existing drawings of all systems? ANSWER: There are drawings for the camera system however the remaining systems are without drawings.

2. QUESTION: Will there be a walk through for this project? ANSWER: A walk through can be scheduled with the Agency Facilities Manager

3. QUESTION: Does the Detention center have a recommendation for electrical they have used on site before? ANSWER: Yes they do, they choose to use the existing load center for your electrical, which will bel vacated by the existing system. Unless the new equipment will require addition circuits to the complete the new systems installation.

4. QUESTION: I see there is no products listed for source other than NON-PROPIETARY and open-source control system is that correct?

ANSWER: Yes, That is correct.

5. QUESTION: It states that they want up to 200 cards. What about a badge printer? ANSWER: No

6. QUESTION: Can you tell me anything further on what is currently installed at the site? Such as what types of doors, intercom, and loudspeaker hardware? ANSWER: We are unable to identify specifics you requested information on therefore we are allowing schedule site visits for your information gathering purposes.

7. QUESTION: Do you have documentation for what a Type I, Type II, and Type III officer duress requirements are? ANSWER: Yes
