1. Page 4 Does the replacement of the existing system wiring include the Door Position Switches and the Electric locks. Or just the cameras and recorders?
ANSWER: The new digital cameras will replace the analog cameras therefore the digital cameras will require category 6 cabling the door position wiring may be re-used however the warranty will cover the entire systems so if the wires fail, it will be a warranty call.
2. Does the BIA have a preference of keeping the old intercom system and interfacing it to the control room touch screen. Or replacing it with and IP system and interfacing it to the touch screen?
ANSWER: The BIA prefer the IP system and interfacing it to the touch screen

3. What do the Red X indicate and what do the Red Z indicate?
ANSWER: The “X” is the existing proximity key card readers the “Z” is actually an “N” if you turn the plan counterclock-wise 90 degrees. The “N” signifies the “NEW” Card Readers for the lock are required.

21. Do you want a touch screen with the redundant control System? Or just a regular monitor.
ANSWER: Touch screen will be required so a mouse can be used also.
