About this file
This is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for a NIST Request for Quote (RFQ) regarding Qualtrics FedRamp Products and Services. The document clarifies the scope and requirements of the procurement through five key questions and responses.
NIST intends to procure Qualtrics FedRamp Products and Services and seeks support services to leverage existing Qualtrics technology, rather than procuring new Qualtrics licenses or technology on behalf of a service provider. The contractor will be required to have their own access to Qualtrics and is not required to procure Qualtrics on NIST's behalf. No specific licensed users at NIST are required under the Statement of Work. The procurement anticipates support for a maximum of 100 surveys, with an estimated total of no more than 15,000 survey responses across all projects over the Period of Performance. The $12,000 not-to-exceed amount referenced in the original RFQ applies to the services component of the contract.

Question 1:
Is the intention of this RFQ to procure Qualtrics FedRamp Products and Services, or is NIST looking for a partner to help to run and maintain an existing Qualtrics relationship?
Response to Question 1:
The intention is to procure Qualtrics FedRamp Products and Services.
Question 2:
Is NIST intending for an implementation / services partner to procure Qualtrics on their behalf?
Response to Question 2:
The service provider is not required to procure Qualtrics on behalf of NIST for this requirement.
Question 3:
What is the expected amount of collected survey responses, across projects, over the length of the required Period of Performance? We noted the maximum of 100 surveys, however there was not an estimated response count per survey included.
Response to Question 3:
Approximately no more than a total of 15,000 responses total across the 100 surveys is expected.
Question 4:
Is there a set amount of licensed users required? Is unlimited users a preferable model?
Response to Question 4:
No license users at NIST are required in this SOW.
Question 5:
Please confirm if NIST is just looking for support services to leverage existing Qualtrics technology, or if you are looking for new Qualtrics technology to be quoted along with support services. Additionally, is the $12,000 not to exceed number regarding the technology or the services?
Response to Question 5:
NIST seeks support services to leverage existing Qualtrics technology. The contractor will need their own access to Qualtrics.
