About this file
This document outlines a two-phase solicitation for multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity design-build contracts. The National Institute of Standards and Technology seeks to procure design-build services for laboratories, offices, and infrastructure projects through task orders up to $30 million each and $70 million total. Phase I is a request for qualifications due February 13, 2023 to qualify firms for Phase II. The top three firms will receive site visits in Phase II to submit fixed-price proposals for future task orders. The small business set-aside aims to award multiple IDIQ contracts for renovation, remodeling, modernization, and improvement projects ranging from laboratory upgrades and apparatus installations to infrastructure repairs.
