Weekly janitorial service is required on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM Alaska Time, with two additional biannual deep cleaning services preferred in May and October. The contractor must supply all consumable products including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash liners. A Tier 1 security clearance is required with a 30-day vetting lead time, and contractor employees must work with NOAA or USFS personnel present due to controlled building access. The previous contract was awarded to FEIBEL TERI for $49,500 for five years.
