The other has a title of "630-1" on its first page. In addition the government has included DY-631-04 which provides a paint system specifically for the Dyson which differs from the other references. Please provide clarity of which reference to use.Document titled 00 63 11_00 “Underwater body preservation” is the reference for this Item.
3.10 Underwater Body PreservationReference 630-1Reference USCG SFLC 6310. paragraph 3.3 requires a preservation plan. Which reference is to be followed?DY-631-FF04 is on indication of what has been done to the vessel in the past. IE what is currently on the vessel and is in no way intended to provide direction to the contractor.
3.10 Underwater Body PreservationReference (00-63-11-00) specifies SP-7 sweep blast 100 square meters, a second reference (DY-631-FF04 ) specifies SP-7 sweep blast "all remaining areas". Which reference is to be followed?DY-631-FF04 is on indication of what has been done to the vessel in the past.
