About this file
This amendment modifies solicitation number 1305M221QNMAN0087 for dry docking and repair services to the NOAA ship Oregon II. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is seeking these services in accordance with the referenced request for quotation and associated documents.
The amendment provides additional specification details for various work items, answers contractor questions, and extends the response deadline to October 23, 2021. Work items added or clarified include valve lists, concrete ballast removal, deck plating replacement quantities, life raft and fire system certification letters, electrical breaker information, generator maintenance requirements, equipment serial numbers, and cable descriptions. Reference documents are also made available to interested offerors through a secure file transfer system.
The amendment aims to ensure offerors have sufficient technical information to prepare proposals for the dry docking and repair work for consideration by NOAA on or before the new deadline. The solicitation remains unchanged otherwise.
