About this file
This document is an annual inspection report for a 670 SOLAS rescue boat. The report details inspections performed on the hull, electrical system, self-righting system, fuel system, outfit items, single point lifting hook, hoisting frame, propulsion system, and steering system to ensure compliance with SOLAS Chapter III, MSC-96-25 ADD 1, 46 CFR 160.156-21, and manufacturer procedures. Tests were conducted on the sponson, electrical system, self-righting bag, fuel hoses and tank, and engine operations. Underway boat handling was tested for one hour. Photos were also taken. The inspector found that with some routine maintenance and repairs, the boat remains in overall good working condition and compliant with regulations.
