About this file
This document is a Work Clearance Triggers document outlining environmental and regulatory compliance requirements for construction and operational activities. The first section details Air Quality requirements for Clark County, including dust permit triggers such as land disturbance over 0.25 acres, mechanized trenching over 100 linear feet, and mechanical demolition of structures larger than 1,000 square feet. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Permit requirements mandate a site-specific SWPPP for construction activities disturbing one or more acres, with specific exemptions for routine maintenance.
Additional sections cover Water Quality permitting for main water line tapping, Cultural Resources archaeological site assessments, and Natural Resources checks for endangered species protection. The second page focuses on Air Quality Title V Permit Revisions, requiring detailed reporting for any new or removed emissions equipment, with a 120-day processing timeline. A POL (Petroleum, Oils, Lubricants) section mandates reporting new, replacement, or relocated storage tanks to the Nellis AFB POL Program Manager, including comprehensive tank details such as location, serial number, model number, usage, and capacity.

Tower, Incinerator, Woodworking Equipment, Degreaser, Etc.) being added or replaced.
o It takes about 120 days to add a new item to the next permit revision, and equipment cannot be used until on the permit.
o Air Quality needs: list of equipment, manufacturer, model number, designed rated capacities/heat ratings, production/throughput, etc.
• Any old emissions equipment (see above list) being removed.
POL
• New or replacement POL storage tanks must be reported to the Nellis
