The district seeks proposals for a comprehensive K-12 assessment platform that supports assessment development, administration, scoring, reporting, and instructional decision-making. The platform must include a Georgia standards-aligned item bank, item creation and management tools, flexible assessment-building capabilities, data interoperability, implementation services, and professional learning and technical support. The solution should enable both district-wide common assessments and school-level customized assessments while ensuring secure ownership and management of assessment content and data. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted through the Euna Procurement Message Center by 2:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026, and proposals must be submitted electronically through the same portal by 9:00 a.m. on January 13, 2026. Selected proposers will participate in a Vendor Showcase on February 4-6, 2026, at the CCSD Office of Technology & Information Services in Canton, Georgia, where vendors must provide demo accounts and deliver presentation resources. The contract term spans 52 months from March 1, 2026, through June 30, 2030, consisting of a complimentary preparation period (March-June 2026) followed by four annual terms (July 2026-June 2030), with provisions for extension if requested at least 120 days before term expiration.

Pricing must be submitted in a firm format for the entire contract duration and any subsequent renewals, including all one-time and recurring costs, optional add-ons, volume discounts, and multi-year discount structures. Invoices will be processed on an annual basis and must be itemized to reflect only costs identified in the executed purchase order, with ACH/EFT payment methods highly recommended. The district is exempt from state sales tax, and proposers must exclude all federal and state taxes and fees that can be eliminated for sales to Georgia public school systems. A current Certificate of Insurance must accompany the proposal, and awarded proposers must meet required insurance limits within five business days of award or face removal from the contract. Evaluation will be based on a combination of criteria: 50 points for the degree to which the product meets CCSD's needs, 30 points for price, 15 points for implementation and training, and 5 points for references. Any deviations to the specific terms must be documented and submitted with the proposal response.
