About this file
This file contains detailed architectural drawings for the Bridger Teton log cabin, a 19'7" x 29'0" residential structure designed by Conestoga Log Cabins & Homes. The comprehensive set of construction documents includes floor plans, electrical layouts, foundation details, roof framing plans, building sections, and elevation drawings. The plans specify a log cabin with a first floor containing a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, and a loft area with additional storage space. Technical specifications cover structural elements like glue-laminated beams, log wall construction, floor and roof framing, electrical wiring requirements, and foundation pier details using pressure-treated lumber and concrete footings. The drawings are prepared for Hubert Morrison and are dated February 10, 2021, with the project located at 8 US 26 in Moran, Wyoming.

Circuit breakers shall be thermal magnetic type, with quick-make/quick-break mechanism and with trip indication. Trip indication shall be clearly indicated by breaker handle taking a position between "ON" and "OFF". All 2-pole and 3-pole breakers shall be on a common trip.
CUTTING AND PATCHING:
All cutting and patching under the electrical work shall be done by the Electrical Contractor and all finish painting shall be done by the General Contractor.
SERVICE COSTS:
All utility company service costs associated with this project will be the responsibility of the customer.
ELECTRICAL WORK NOTES:
1. Conestoga Log Cabins is not responsible for running wires to: hot water heaters, ranges, or any other optional electrical items unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. All electrical box heights may be adjusted by varying the stacking order of the logs that have pre-cut boxes. This allows for special needs such as ac/heater units or ADA considerations. Height of boxes can be determined by referencing the shop page of the plans.
3. Provide a minimum of 6" pigtails at all electrical boxes.
4. Wiring in log walls to be run through pre-drilled holes in logs unless otherwise specified. Additional drilling on-site may be required.
5. Consult a licensed electrician before running any wire. All circuits requiring 20 amp service must be run with 12 gauge or less wire. This shall include (but not be limited to) kitchens, bathrooms, exterior outlets, and all 220v wall mounted air conditioning units intended for use from a combination outlet (110v/200v).
6. Pendant lampholders with permanently attached stranded leads shall be soldered directly to circuit conductors, but supported independently (NEC 410.27).
