3. Is the technical approach for the overall MATOC or individual seed projects? For the seed Projects.

4. Looking for clarification if this will be evaluated on road construction or facilities maintenance and construction projects? Facilities construction and maintenance.

5. Please confirm that “Offerors lacking relevant past performance history will not be evaluated favorably or unfavorably in past performance and will receive a NEUTRAL ra�ng.” Yes, a neutral ra�ng will be given is this is the case.

6. Past Performance: Are we able to u�lize key employees for past performance? i.e. if a major stakeholder (Vice President and/or consultant) of a previous contractor was part of the firm’s construc�on team can we u�lize their previous experience for past performance? Yes.
