Queson and Answers:

Last question, I just wanted to be clear about delivery schedule line items 1,2,3, and 4. Are these a total of 4 days each month?

Line item 1 would be a one day site visit with the date agreed upon prior to the visit. This will simply be a site visit to get a sense of shot locations, project discussion, etc.

Line item 2 (first round) would be a visit of up to four days in Feb. or March to be used for the head shots project.

Line item 3 (second round) would be a visit of up to four days in June or July to be used for the head shots project.

Line item 4 (third and final round) would be a visit of up to four days in Sept. or Oct. to be used for the head shots project.

All of these dates will be dates that are agreed upon prior to each visit.

The delivery schedule for each line item (or round) would be within 30 days of that visit.

Maybe to better answer his question, he asks “Are these a total of 4 days each month?” I would say these are a total of 4 days each visit, except for the first visit which is simply a one day site visit.
