Same, see Section L.3 (page 24)

6. When will the work be performed (i.e. November 2020?... January 2021?) To be completed in

365 Days after award. Date of Award expected to be in September 2020.

7. On the eaves instead of tapered insulation. Can we install perimeter metal with 1.5" tall ribs to keep water from running over sides OR install 4 2x4 wood nailers which will be taller than roof?

That will prevent water from running over the edge also. Plus it's more structurally sound to fasten metal trim to.

Previous clarification change dated August 7, 2020, to Paragraph 3.1.7, “Gutter demolition and replacement sketches and gauges are to be submitted for review. Insulation at eaves shall be tapered from 3” to 1” thickness over 2 ft. length with 1” above the exterior wall.” is to be deleted.

Substitute “Paragraph 3.1.7, Add the following “Gutter demolition and replacement sketches and gauges are to be submitted for review. Edge nailers shall be installed on roof edges, for attachment of gutters, drip edges, and rake trim. Edge nailers shall be equivalent in thickness as insulation above the roof panel ribs, approximately 3” on eaves. Existing metal eave overhangs may be cut for the edge nailer installation to the existing metal panels and eave struts.”
