• We understand that a site visit is not possible due to USFS closure of the roads for the season.

o Is this correct? That is correct. Winter weather condions prohibits a site visit.

o How do we assess local condions that may affect the pricing of the work? If you have specific quesons regarding the forest service roads, please let me know.

• Plan Sheet C-05.

• Can the period of performance be extended aer award once the material/equipment lead mes are confirmed due to current market condions for the equipment for this project? Yes pending CO approval

• Where are we hauling off the spoils to? Not sure what “spoils” refer to. Any material on the road or in ditchlines should be farmed up and laid back out on the road during road reconditioning.

• What is the width of the road? Typically, is 14’ width.

• Do we have the millings ready to go, easy access to it? Do we need to have it screened?

• Grubbing reference on page 4 (detail C-01) is not called out on the contract ( SOI )

• Does a line item need to be added to accommodate this detail? No, this will be incidental to items 303 for road reconditioning of the roadway prism under FP-14.
