About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a government contract related to recreation site maintenance, likely with the Cave Creek Ranger District. The Q&A addresses four key contractor inquiries: materials provision, equipment storage, specific equipment requirements, and incumbent information. The government will provide trash receptacles at recreation sites and plastic bags upon request, but will not supply storage for contractor equipment. Contractors must use motorized equipment in good condition, with truck beds that are watertight and enclosed, and ensure no trash or debris blows out while traveling. Trash grabbers/pickers are also required. The previous contract (12837120C0051) was held by TrueBlue Commercial Cleaning, providing context for potential bidders about the contract's history.
